Cameo by skipper Mashrafe Mortaza (14 off 9) in the death overs helped Bangladesh to put up a challenging total of 267 runs in front of Afghanistan. Earlier, Mushfiqur Rahim (71) and Shakib Al Hasan (63) played crucial roles for their side in the middle overs of the innings. But Afghanistan bowlers bowled really well throughout to restrict Bangladesh from scoring an imposing total.
