Inox Leisure:Entertainment Company Reports Rs 16.12 Net Profit In 4th Quarter Earning

Inox Leisure, INOX group owned entertainment venture, reported consolidated net profit of Rs.16.12 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, registering growth of 3.33% qoq. However, the company reported consolidated net loss of Rs. 4.06 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s revenue stood at Rs. 286.92 crore, up 31.77% yoy but down 16.03% qoq.

Its consolidated core operating profit of Rs. 15.06 crore for the quarter, clocked growth of 43.29% yoy but decline of 71.49% qoq. Operating profit margin for the current quarter at 5.25% expanded by 42 bps yoy but contracted by 1021 bps qoq.For the year ended March 31, 2016, the company reported consolidated net profit of Rs. 77.49 crore, growing by 286.68% yoy. Its consolidated revenue for the period stood at Rs. 1,332.69 crore, registering growth of 31.07% yoy.

Inox Leisure’s core operating profit stood at Rs. 189.92 crore, recording growth of 54.7% yoy. Operating margin for the current period at 12.66% expanded by 347 bps yoy.On standalone basis,Inox Leisure Ltd, reported standalone net profit of Rs. 16.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, registering growth of 658.22% yoy and 10.16% qoq. The company’s revenue stood at Rs. 286.92 crore, up 44.28% yoy but down 6.38% qoq.

Its standalone core operating profit of Rs. 15.09 crore for the quarter, clocked growth of 16.08% yoy but decline of 68.67% qoq. Operating profit margin for the current quarter at 5.26% contracted by 128 bps yoy and 1046 bps qoq.For the year ended March 31, 2016, the company reported standalone net profit of Rs. 77.64 crore, growing by 213.57% yoy. Its standalone revenue for the period stood at Rs. 1,332.69 crore, registering growth of 39.74% yoy.

Inox Leisure’s core operating profit stood at Rs. 189.99 crore, recording growth of 57.39% yoy.Consolidated EPS for the quarter stood at Rs. 1.76.Bloomberg estimated the company’s consolidated net profit at Rs. 6.90 crore.
