The red carpet may have been the big show for us, but the party is just getting started. After wowing and shocking fans all over the world with their extravagant fashion choices for tonight’s Met Gala in New York City, stars headed inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art to actually enjoy the soiree, which happened to include a few live musical performances by some familiar names.

Part of the entertainment for the evening was provided by The Weeknd, who stepped onto the carpet earlier tonight alongside girlfriend Bella Hadid, and the singer surprised the crowd with a special appearance by none other than Nas.After belting the lyrics to his famous single “The Hills” (which drew some social media love from a number of celebs despite the rule prohibiting it), The Weeknd, who was headlining tonight’s event, was joined by the rapper to give a special rendition of his 2015 track, “Tell Your Friends.”

Nas jumped on the record to spit a verse, and the crowd was loving it.Meanwhile, Bella was showing her beau all kinds of support from the audience, which even inspired gal-pal Baldwin to call her out. The fellow model snapchatted Bella swooning over her beau with a caption saying, “They’re so cute, I hate myself.”
